1. Agreement and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and AISOLO Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), operator of ceptory.com and the Ceptory enterprise video intelligence platform ("Platform", "Services"). By accessing, using, or registering on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you use the service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the service.
2. Service Description
Ceptory provides enterprise video intelligence capabilities including:
- Natural language video search and retrieval
- Multimodal video analysis (visual, audio, speech)
- Video summarization and structured outputs
- Face anonymization and privacy redaction
- License plate blur and object removal
- Background transformation and replacement
- API-based workflows and integrations
- Review interfaces and operational dashboards
Service Updates:
Certain features may be offered on a trial, preview, pilot, sandbox, or beta basis. Ceptory may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features, components, or workflows from time to time, including model-backed or experimental functionality.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
Account Requirements:
- Provide accurate registration and contact information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
- Promptly notify Ceptory of any suspected unauthorized account use
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Access Controls:
- Ceptory may require email verification before granting access
- Additional security checks may be required for certain features
- Organization approval may be needed for enterprise deployments
- Access may be subject to role-based permissions and controls
4. Commercial Terms and Evaluation Access
Enterprise Agreements:
- Paid access and enterprise deployments may be governed by separate order forms
- Statements of work and master services agreements may apply
- In the event of conflict, the signed commercial agreement controls
Demo and Evaluation Access:
- Demo, sandbox, or evaluation access may be limited in duration
- Functionality and output volume may be restricted
- Support level and deployment scope may vary
- Evaluation access may be modified or revoked at any time
5. Customer Content and Responsibility
Content Ownership:
- You remain responsible for all content, data, and materials submitted to the service
- You must have all required rights, permissions, and legal bases to use submitted content
- This includes prompts, metadata, transcripts, and generated outputs
Operational Responsibility:
- You are responsible for configuring and reviewing Ceptory outputs
- Human review and escalation controls remain your responsibility
- Decision-making based on outputs is your responsibility
- Separate written agreements may modify these responsibilities
6. Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted Uses:
- Enterprise video intelligence and analysis workflows
- Privacy compliance and content redaction
- Video search, retrieval, and summarization
- API-based integrations with authorized systems
Prohibited Activities:
- Violating privacy or intellectual property rights
- Processing content without proper authorization
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data
- Interfering with service operations or introducing malicious code
- Reverse engineering restricted components
- Benchmarking the service without permission
- Creating unlawful surveillance, abuse, or harm
Violations may result in immediate account suspension and content removal.
7. Privacy, Security, and Data Handling
Applicable Policies:
- Use of the service is subject to the Ceptory Privacy Policy
- Customer agreements relating to security and confidentiality apply
- Data processing agreements may govern enterprise deployments
Security Measures:
- Ceptory uses logging, authentication, and monitoring controls
- Access controls and operational safeguards protect the service
- No service can guarantee uninterrupted operation or absolute security

8. Intellectual Property Rights
Ceptory Rights:
- All Platform technology, algorithms, models, and software are our property
- APIs, documentation, workflows, and interfaces are protected
- Ceptory name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
- No right granted to copy, distribute, or create derivative works
Your Rights:
- You retain rights in your own content
- You grant us permissions necessary to provide the service
- This includes hosting, processing, transmitting, and securing content
Third-Party Rights:
- Users must respect intellectual property rights of others

9. Confidentiality
Confidential Information:
- Business and technical information shared between parties
- Customer data, pricing, and security information
- Product roadmaps and non-public features

- Use only for purposes of the parties' relationship
- Disclosure permitted where required by law
- Separate written agreements may modify these terms
10. Service Availability and Support
Service Level:
- Ceptory aims to operate the service reliably
- Availability and processing times may vary based on system load
- Third-party dependencies and maintenance may affect service
- Feature maturity and deployment model may impact availability
Customer Support:

- Support provided on a reasonable efforts basis unless otherwise agreed
- Response times and service levels may be addressed in enterprise agreements
- Uptime commitments require separate written agreement
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-AVAILABLE AND AS-IS BASIS. CEPTORY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CEPTORY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, GOODWILL, USE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR DATA.
AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID TO CEPTORY FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, UNLESS A SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT PROVIDES OTHERWISE.
Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
12. Suspension and Termination
User Termination:
- You may stop using the service at any time
- Account deletion requests will be processed per applicable policies
Our Termination Rights:
- Ceptory may suspend access to address security concerns
- Legal risk, misuse, or policy violations may result in suspension
- Non-payment or material breach may result in termination
Survival:
Sections concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability limits, customer responsibility, and dispute-related provisions will survive termination.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
Governing Law:
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India
- Disputes will be resolved under Indian jurisdiction
- Courts in Mumbai, India have exclusive jurisdiction
Dispute Resolution:
- Parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith

- Enterprise customers may have separate dispute resolution provisions
14. Changes to These Terms
Ceptory may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect service changes, operational requirements, legal developments, or new features.
Notification:
- Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date
- Additional notice may be provided where appropriate
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms
- Users who disagree with changes should discontinue use
